 Classes
The Weight Room is proud to offer a variety of classes to accommodate our members. Every class is free to attend with a membership, $8 for non-members. One must be 15-years-old to attend a class with a guardian on the premises.

Anita Novey: Kickboxing Instructor
Anita is certified in Kickboxing & Group Exercise, while also focusing in Step, Pump and Abs. Her fitness background, full-time job in the mental health field, and her ability to make people feel included, creates a good balance for all who attend her classes.

Noel Manes: Yoga
Noel began her journey with yoga at 16 and has been passionate about her practice ever since. She soon began to help others and has taught classes at OSU/OKC Fitness Center & Cagle's USA Fitness, while also teaching private lessons. Her Vinyasa-style class focuses on inreasing endurance, strength & flexibility while also calming the mind & reducing stress.

Casey Campbell: Pump & Core Extreme Instructor
Casey is a Registered Dietitian and also attained her fitness certification through AFAA. Her main focuses pump, step, Kickboxing, water, floor aerobics and tone. Her high energy and fun teaching style are among the many things that makes her an asset to The Weight Room.

Kelly Goldstein: Boot Camp & Intro. to Fighter Class, Boxing Instructor.
Kelly Goldstein is a professional boxer who just signed a 3-year contract with HD Boxing. She is also a nationally-recognized DJ, who travels all over the world sharing her talent. A NFPA Certified Personal Trainer, Kelly teaches a weights and circuit conditioning classes, and also offers private boxing instruction at The Weight Room.
